Meet Tanner Hartman
ESC welcomed Tanner Hartman into our family in May of 2020 in our Mechanical department
Tanner has had a long history with our company throughout the years. Having become good friends with our CEO’s son in his elementary days, Tanner demonstrated a passion for engineering very early on and expressed his desire to become an engineer to Scott (our CEO) when he was very young, to which of course was answered with an invitation to come visit ESC some day! Turns out that is exactly what Tanner intended to do.
In high school, Tanner participated in the Engineering and Manufacturing strand of the GO CAPS program. During that time, he was able to cash in that invitation from 1st grade when he got the opportunity to do a job shadow for school. After graduating from Nixa, Tanner was then accepted into the “Bridging the Gap” scholarship program provided by Miller Engineering, during which he was placed with ESC again for his summer internship. Throughout this internship Tanner says he learned two key things: 1. ESC has the opportunity to work with great clients on amazing projects, and 2. That ESC is grounded in faith and treats everyone as family. Every interaction he had with ESC over the years helped in his decision to come back to Missouri to start his career with us after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Tanner has repeatedly demonstrated his eagerness for learning and problem-solving and hasn’t blinked an eye at any project, no matter the size, or any problem, again, no matter the size. He is a go getter and a huge asset to ESC and our clients.
